Médoc Chalet Rental General Info
The normal changeover day is Saturday.The house will be ready by 4pm on the day of your arrival. Please vacate the house by 10am on your departure day.
Electricity is included.
Linen and towels are provided except beach towels.
One well behaved pet is allowed but please let us know when booking and bring bedding/bowls.
A car is advisable. Private parking space and additional visitors' spaces.
How to book your holiday in our Lakeside Chalet.
• A 30% non-refundable deposit is payable on booking and the remaining 70% is payable 8 weeks before your arrival date .
• A further £250 damage/loss deposit is required 2 weeks before you leave for your holiday. Once the caretaker is satisfied that the house and contents have been left in good condition this will be refunded (7-10 days after departure). Should there be any breakages, damage or extra cleaning, the amount to put this right will be deducted and the balance repaid.
Payments should usually be made in Sterling. Payment in euros may be accepted if agreed in advance.
